When once the delivery is given against a receipt no clim will be entertained after that any account.
If the customer gives the wrong invoice of goods booked company is not responsible.
If the difference is found is actual weight of company G.R. and the goods itself the company will recover full charge at destination for actual plus 25%extra.
If the goods any G.R.not arrival at the destination within a month he snider should server the company with a registered notice, otherwise the company will not be responsible for any claim thereafter.

All the type of cases and disputes shall be settled in Dabra Courts Only and no other place.

Our transport company will not be responsible for sending the goods to the merchant. Merchant will insurance their goods.
Delivery will not be received if there is no waybill while leaving the goods

The Transport Company shall have no responsibility for any direct connection of the person who has taken the goods from the truck, without taking any transaction (transaction) made by the merchant without informing the transport company.

कंपनी लीकेज, टूट-फूट, मिट्टी की उम्र के हिसाब से धूप, बारिश, पानी और मौसम के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेती, भेजने वाले पैकिंग के लिए जिम्मेदार होते हैं
ताजे फल, और अन्य खराब होने वाले को प्रेषक के पूर्ण जोखिम में ले जाया जाता है क्योंकि वे रास्ते में खराब होने में सक्षम होते हैं।
कंपनी अपनी मर्ज़ी के अनुसार सबसे पहले या कुछ हिस्सों में जल्द से जल्द मौके पर माल भेजेगी।
माल को सभी परिवर्तनों के भुगतान के खिलाफ खेप या उसके एजेंट को दिया जाएगा।
माल को कंपनी गोदाम में गंतव्य पर पहुंचाया जाएगा, केवल बेकार में अन्यथा लिखित रूप में निपटाया जाएगा
सामानों की डिलीवरी को गंतव्य पर पहुंचने के 3 दिनों के भीतर ले जाना होगा, जो कि विफल हो जाएगा, वही प्रति दिन छह पैसे प्रति गिराने के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा और होम डिलीवरी के मामले में इसे ट्रक के आगमन पर तुरंत लिया जाएगा।
यदि सामान के दुर्घटना होने पर कोई दावा किया जाता है, तो उसे 15 दिनों के भीतर विफल करना होगा, जिसे वही शून्य और शून्य माना जाएगा।
दुर्घटना की वजह से या उसके नियंत्रण से परे किसी भी अन्य मामलों में ट्रांसफर में देरी के मामलों के लिए कंपनी पूरी तरह से जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेती है और वाहन ब्रेकिंग के कारण और उसके परिणाम के लिए।
जब एक बार रसीद के खिलाफ डिलीवरी दी जाती है तो उसके बाद किसी भी खाते में कोई चढ़ाई नहीं की जाएगी
.यदि ग्राहक देता है तो बुक की गई कंपनी का गलत चालान जिम्मेदार नहीं है।
यदि अंतर पाया जाता है तो कंपनी का वास्तविक वजन जी.आर. और माल खुद कंपनी वास्तविक वास्तविक 25% अतिरिक्त के लिए गंतव्य पर पूरा शुल्क वसूल करेगी।
यदि माल किसी जी.आर. एक महीने के भीतर गंतव्य पर नहीं पहुंचने पर उसे एक पंजीकृत नोटिस के साथ कंपनी को सर्वर करना चाहिए, अन्यथा कंपनी उसके बाद किसी भी दावे के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
यदि खेप 1 महीने के भीतर माल की डिलीवरी नहीं लेता है तो कंपनी सार्वजनिक नीलामी में सामान बेचने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है।
यदि कंसाइनर चाहता है कि सामान को आग और चोर के खिलाफ कवर किया जाना चाहिए, तो बुकिंग क्लर्क द्वारा घोषित प्रीमियम का भुगतान करना होगा।
सभी प्रकार के मामलों और विवादों का निपटारा डबरा न्यायालयों में ही किया जाएगा और किसी अन्य स्थान पर नहीं।
कंपनी क्रेडिट और नागरिक हंगामे के कारण पारगमन के तहत माल के नुकसान या क्षति के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है।
संयोग से किसी भी लोडेड ट्रक में आग लग जाती है, उसके लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
व्यापारी को माल भेजने के लिए हमारी परिवहन कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी। व्यापारी अपने माल का बीमा कराएंगे
माल छोड़ने के दौरान अगर कोई रास्ता नहीं है तो डिलीवरी नहीं मिलेगी।

जो व्यक्ति बुकिंग के समय ट्रक में सामान ले जाता है, उसे डिलीवरी देनी होगी, अगर नहीं पता है, तो उसे सही पता लगाना होगा।
माल बुक करने से पहले, माल भेजने वाले व्यापारी ने ट्रक उपकरण फॉर्म / जानकारी के बारे में पूछताछ की है और संतोष से ट्रक से माल भेज रहा है
हर प्रकार का क्लेम निर्णय न्यायालय द्बारा दिए गए निर्णय के अनुसार होगा
